- IP address and browser information, processed only for abuse prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile

- Respond to your inquiry about Netera Magento hosting
- Schedule onboarding calls and provide migration support

5. Third-party processors
We use the following service providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN, and Turnstile bot protection. Data may transit through Cloudflare's global infrastructure.
- Mailgun (EU region) — delivery of contact form emails to our mailbox.
Both providers are GDPR-compliant and operate under appropriate data processing agreements.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under the EU GDPR and Serbian data protection law, you have the right to:

8. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived, session-only identifier used exclusively for bot protection — no cross-site tracking.
9. Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Emails are delivered via Mailgun EU with TLS encryption.
